She is and has been an interior designer for many years. Her cost is $200 to spend up to 2 hours with you going through your home and advising of things that can be done to make your home "staged". You do pay Kathy at the end of your meeting with her, however, we will credit you for the $200 you paid her at the closing of your transaction so that it ends up being at no cost to you, however, it is an optional upfront fee that you decide if you want or not.

Buyers have no upfront fees, no admin fees and the seller or builder pays the commission to us on all MLS listed properties, and even some that are not listed on MLS. Your rebate comes from the commission and you have no cost involved to obtain it. A true win win.
